    Desktop admin portal written in react.js, node.js. This is used by administrators to add users to system and monitor progress on exercises, stickers, etc. Mobile apps for iOS and Android operating systems, written in swift and java respectively. DB that underlies the system is Mongo DB hosted by MLAB. DB for pictures, videos, audio is AWS-S3 Email system is Postmark Mobile app system deploys through app stores with activation code provided when rollout occurs with B2B interactions. Admin portal made available through invitation only email.

    All components of the infrastructure that are located on AWS are scalable at verys hort notice and we have already made adjustments to infrastructure to ensure availability. All components of DB, hosted at MLAB, are scalable as well. We currently estimate that the infrastructure can service 100,000 users with only minor changes. We monitor the timings of queries within the system and will make necessary changes we onboard users to ensure availability and speed commitments are met.

    Levelhead was designed for busy people in the workplace, so we've taken good care to ensure our program has easy implementation. Our implementation is very turn-key for the company, with a full array of supporting materials. And for the end-user (the employee), the program is equally simple. Each participating employee simply receives a code to download the app to their personal or corporate sponsored mobile device.

    Customer service has two main thrusts; (a) ensuring activation of codes and mobile application usage, and (b) question or concerns submitted. (a) when a customer has a challenge with code activation, there is an email box for submission, which is monitored by production support. We monitor that email box and contact customer same day to satisfy the issue. This may result from email support or, if customer willing, a phone call to walk through the process, determine the challenge and remediate it. (b) there is a mailbox for questions/concerns that is fed from the app store, mobile app and website. This email box is monitored throughout the day and responses provided same day.

    This is the first startup for Saundra and Jeff Schrock, co-founders of Levelhead. However, each has a long and varied career prior to this venture. Saundra previously specialized in financial services, retiring from JP Morgan Chase Bank after 30+ years and Jeff Schrock has more than 30 years experience as an entrepreneur in the real estate industry.

    Currently, Jeff and Saundra our funding Levelhead with their personal funds. There is no outside funding. We are definitely looking for and considering outside funding/investors in the coming year as our usage and users grow. We know Levelhead has a strong and bright future and will be an attractive option for investors as the business takes off.
