In the past, a resume was enough to describe experience. Currently, applicants are asked to demonstrate their abilities via job-specific questionnaires, video interviews and simulations.     Enlizt is an automated qualification and recruiting platform that distinguishes qualified candidates for recruiters through a custom built application process. The end-to-end platform functions as a personalized Human Resources CRM, a job board and a marketing tool, enabling a seamless recruiting process between businesses and candidates. Enlizt's mission is to give more power to the word 'human' in Human Resources. The platform allows recruiters to identify candidate talent and potential through an unconventional application process, accessible to everyone. We also offer job board features (we promote positions within the platform to several different job boards).
Cost Model
  • Pricing Structure
    We are a flexible pay as you go financial model. There are no costs for account set up or for the trial phase. Clients are charged $1 per candidate that concludes their customized application process. Only 30% of candidates who begin the Enlizt application process, conclude it. On average, companies pay $10-$30 per month with unlimited job openings, unlimited users and with access to all of our features. Our clients (companies) can add a minimum of $5 into their account as their balance decreases. When they have a $0 balance, or when they are negative, candidates can continue to apply to their open positions, however new candidate information will be blocked until credit is added to the balance.

    No initial fees, set up fees or implementation fees. All users start with a $5 credit into their accounts.

Technology Details
  • Platform
    Enlizt was created by mimicking and adapting the strategy OpenTable used for the reservation system (described above): substituting a manual and semi-web-base system that could not put together dinners x restaurants (consumers and producers) in the same ecosystem. Enlizt is an automated recruiting platform that places candidates and companies in the same ecosystem, allowing each company to customize their experience to accelerate hiring efficiency. The strategy built into the system is the capability to exponentially grow consumers (candidates) while producers (businesses) promote their opportunities (jobs). The architecture uses 4 points of contact to do so: 1. Producer Web Presence: Ability for companies to publish opportunities on their own website and social media channels via Enlizt. This is the first instance where new candidates enter the platform. The platform uses a pre-registration strategy to collect initial information on every applicant, once they finish their application process they'll be exposed and added to the Enlizt network. 2. Job-Board Indexing: As job-boards moved to the web, two companies became global leaders in this segment: Indeed.com, a dedicated job board portal and GoogleJobs, an indexer and crawler). The difference between the two is that Indeed focuses on dedicating their services on posting, hosting and featuring job opportunities globally, and GoogleJobs does the same but with an index to web-pages strategy. Every job posted on Enlizt's platform is automatically indexed on both portals so candidates that search for job opportunities on the web, can easily find and choose a job posted by an Enlizt client. 3. Enlizt Campaigns & Social Media Presence: As job positions get posted into the Enlizt platform, they will simultaneously be posted on Enlizt's Facebook, Linkedin and Instagram pages. As the number of these page followers grow, these positions will get extra exposure, therefore attracting visitors to the Enlizt platform. We also invest in ad-campaigns on these handles and google-ads to promote job postings and push opportunities to its affiliate's network. In parallel to these strategies, job opportunities are promoted to our candidate base via our email campaigns. 4. Mobile Presence: Within the Enlizt app, candidates are able to find every single job opportunity exposed on the web, and can begin the same exact application process. Applicants that apply to any job position on the web will be invited to download and use Enlizt's app for Apple IOS and Google Android. By the app, candidates can search and apply to any position posted by Enlizt's clients (companies) and will be able to communicate with employers while receiving automatic feedback on their own application process. This process allows our user numbers to grow and contributes to the candidate nurturing strategy. These strategies allow talent, job opportunities and an enormous amount of data to be shared through a single network, creating an intelligent algorithm that can learn from company and candidate experiences and eventually propose different strategies to optimize each parties' objectives.

    We do have mobile capability for candidates and for companies. For candidates: Within the Enlizt app, candidates are able to find every single job opportunity exposed on the web, and can begin the same exact application process. Applicants that apply to any job position on the web will be invited to download and use Enlizt's app for Apple IOS and Google Android. By the app, candidates can search and apply to any position posted by Enlizt's clients (companies) and will be able to communicate with employers while receiving automatic feedback on their own application process. This process allows our user numbers to grow and contributes to the candidate nurturing strategy. For companies: They are able to access their CRM dashboard through their mobile phones, and execute tasks (evaluate candidates, send email campaigns, collaborate internally) just as efficiently as online.

    The Enlizt model was built for efficient scalability. Given the pricing model and the platform concept, Enlizt needs to penetrate the market exponentially. The architecture that permits such growth is based on: 1. Low entry cost: Account sign up and trial phase cost is ZERO. Clients are only charged when candidates complete their application process, $1 per candidate; 2. No specific vertical: Any company can use Enlizt, regardless of its industry or segment. 3. No specific size: Any company can use Enlizt, regardless of its size. Our "try-and-buy" methodology works better for SMBs, while a sales call (demo) is the main strategy used to engage with enterprise companies; 4. No on boarding: The system is intuitive, allowing users to easily setup and use their accounts with no support needed. 5. Inbound marketing: To maintain exponential growth, sales should concentrate on inbound marketing. The Enlizt model needs to prove that traffic and conversion rates would allow such growth.
